Travel To Korea 2018 With Good Prices Departing From Saigon Flying Vietjet Air

RATES INCLUDE:

NOT INCLUDED:

• Passport fees (valid for more than 6 months from the date of return).
• Visa to re-enter Vietnam for foreign nationals is 35usd/person/time. Particularly for countries that are exempt from Vietnam visa such as: England, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan, Korea, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Russia,… to be exempt from visa, the entry times must be Entry into Vietnam must be 30 days or more apart. If less than 30 days, a re-entry document must be made at 115usd/person/time. For guests with multiple-entry Vietnam visas, guests do not need to apply for a re-entry visa but note that each entry should not exceed 3 to 6 months (depending on visa).

CHILDREN’S TICKET PRICES: According to airline and service regulations

• Under 2 years old: 30% of tour price (sharing bed with adults)
• From 2 – under 11 years old: 90% of tour price (sharing bed with adults). In case there are 2 children accompanying, pay for 1 child as an adult to get an extra bed.
• From 11 years old and up, charged at adult price.

NOTE:

• When registering for a tour, please carefully read the program, tour price, inclusions and exclusions, and tour cancellation conditions in the program. In case you do not come directly to register for the tour but someone else comes to register, please carefully learn about the program from the person who registered for you.
• When registering, bring your Passport (original) and deposit 50% of the total tour fee when registering for the tour.
• Tour prices for guests holding foreign passports are equal to tour prices for guests holding Vietnamese passports.
• Please complete the procedures and pay the remaining tour amount 7 days before departure. In case you are denied a Visa, we will refund the tour fee and charge a visa fee  of 2,000,000 VND.
• Due to the individual group tour, if you arbitrarily separate the group and do not participate in the program with the group, you will pay a surcharge of  120usd/day/person.
• Do not accept any reasons for family visits, business… to separate the group. Depending on necessary circumstances, if you want to separate the group, you must notify the company in advance and pay the prescribed fee.
• Depending on actual conditions, the tour program can change the itinerary accordingly, but the tourist routes are still fully guaranteed. Flights may change depending on airlines, weather…
• In case you are not allowed to exit and enter the country for personal reasons, Viet Dich Viet will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
• Depending on the visa issuance situation of the Consulate and air tickets, the departure date can be postponed from 1 to 7 days compared to the original departure date.
• Due to the nature of a group of individual travelers, Vietnam Travel will be responsible for accepting enough guests for the group (10 adults or more) so the group will depart on schedule. If the number of groups is less than 10 guests, the Company is responsible for notifying guests 7 days before the departure date and will negotiate a new departure date, or refund the entire amount to previously registered guests.
• Flights and flight times may change at the last minute depending on the airlines.
• Once submitted to the Consulate, the visa application will not be returned.
• After the Company notifies the deposit, if you do not pay the deposit (even though you have passed the visa), it means you have not completed the payment procedure and are considered to cancel the tour. You will not be able to participate in the trip and the Company will apply a penalty according to the regulations in the Cancellation section.
• In case of children under 18 years old: If traveling with a parent, they must bring a birth certificate with a red seal. If not traveling with a parent, they must bring a power of attorney certified by the local government.
• In case guests are over 75 years old, they must sign a health certificate and be accompanied by a relative aged 18 – 55 years old.

TOUR CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• Conditions for canceling weekday tours:
  • Cancel the tour immediately after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa: Tour cancellation cost is 100% of the tour deposit.
  • Cancellation of tour before 60 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is 10% of total tour price.
  • Cancellation of tour before 45 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is 20% of total tour price.
  • Cancellation of tour from 30 – 45 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is 30% of total tour price.
  • Cancellation of tour from 16 – 29 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is 60% of total tour price.
  • Cancellation of tour from 08 – 15 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is 90% of total tour price.
  • Cancellation of tour from 01 – 07 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is 100% of total tour price
  • Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
  • Holiday tours are tours whose time falls on one of the prescribed holidays.

Trip cancellation must be notified directly to the Company or via fax or email and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellations by phone are not accepted. INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROCEDURES FOR APPLYING FOR A VISA TO ENTRY IN KOREA 

In order to ensure that your visa application process to enter KOREA is convenient and achieves the best results, please prepare and complete the documents according to the following instructions:

PROFILE:

• 2 Photos 3.5 x 4.5  (taken within 6 months).
• Notarized copies of all current household registration pages.
• Notarized copy of marriage certificate. In case of divorce, there must be divorce confirmation.
• Passport valid for more than 6 months, signed.
• Labor contract or Business registration license if you are a business owner, most recent 3 months tax receipts
• Leave application with confirmation from the company.
• Health insurance, Social Insurance.
• Proof of ownership of house, land, car  (if any).
• Original savings book  (LSQ requires comparison)  and Confirmation of savings book balance in original English. (Note that the savings book must have a value of at least 100,000,000 VND/Guest and have a term of at least 3 months or more)
• Submit your old passport  (if any).
• Notarized photo ID card.
• Student card, if still in school
• Children under 18 years old must have a notarized birth certificate. If you do not go with your parents, you must have a power of attorney.

(All documents must be original copies no more than 3 months old).

• In case of exemption from financial proof : Guests who have previously had a visa to Korea for tourism or business will be exempt from financial proof.
• In case of not being exempted from financial proof:  All guests who have been to Europe, America, Australia, Canada, New Zealand… developed countries must prove financial + original books for normal comparison.

Note:

• The Consulate General of Korea in Ho Chi Minh City is only in charge of receiving visa applications for people currently living in the southern region from Quang Nam and beyond. For those living from Da Nang to the North, please apply for a visa at the Korean Embassy in Hanoi.

Note: Copies of originals are valid for 3 months.
