Tourist Director Vung Tau
With its 20 km long coastline, Vung Tàu is one of the favorite destinations of Southern tourists, just three hours by car from Ho Chi Minh City. Climate
The rainy season begins from May to October, this time the southwest winds; the dry season starts from November to April, the next time the north winter winds. The average annual temperature is 27°C, the lowest is 24.8°C and the highest is 28.6°C.
Travel times of Vang Tàu
During the whole year in Vung Tau is the tourist season because the temperatures are never too cold or too hot. All you have to do is follow the weather forecast news to avoid traveling to Vung Tau when it rains. In addition, on weekends and festive occasions, Vung Tàu attracts a lot of tourists, the prices of services are high.
MOVE FROM THE HO CHI MINH CITY TO THE VUNG TAU.
The city is only 125km from Ho Chi Minh City, which is a great place for your short day trip. There are now three modes of dust travel: motorcycle, passenger car or submarine.
Motorcycle
Way 1: You follow National Highway 1, passing the Dong Nai Bridge you will encounter a traffic boom (Vung Tàu district, formerly known as the Three Wang Tàu crash), from here you turn right along the 51st Highway. One hundred kilometers to Vung Tau.
Way 2: From HCM City, you can choose the route from Cat Lai Ferry (Q.2, HCM City) to Nhon Trach (Dong Nai). This road leads to the 51st National Highway, the gateway to the Indigo Industrial Park. This road is about 20 kilometers away.
In addition, for self-driving travellers with private cars, you can choose the road down to Vung Trai via Long Thanh – Dong Nai Highway, which will help to shorten the distance down to Vung Tau by only about 2-2,5 hours.
Note: The travel time to Vung Train by motorcycle: 3 – 3.5 hours.
Passenger cars
High-quality passenger cars: price from 80,000 – 160,000 rupees per car. You can go to the Eastern terminal to buy a ticket, which takes about two and a half-three hours.
